No, but it is highly recommended that you work with a licensed realtor to help guide you through the home buying process, including the home inspection. We work very closely with our local realtors and truly believe in the work they do. Insurance inspections for a property that you currently own do not require a realtor and are typically done for your benefit or requested by your insurance company.

Yes. New homes can still have defects. Inspections are recommended for new construction, including pre-drywall and final inspections.

After the home inspection is completed, a comprehensive easy to read report will be provided within 24 hours. Once you have received the report, we are available to you for a phone or video call to go over any additional questions and concerns you may have.
